Amirsoy Ski Resort is located in the Chimgan Mountains, in the Bostanlyk District of the Tashkent Region, just over an hour’s drive from Tashkent. The complex is situated on the northern slopes of Mount Maigashkan in the Western Tien Shan system. The resort opened in the late 2010s and became one of the most notable modern winter recreation centers in Uzbekistan.

Amirsoy operates as a year-round mountain resort, but it is best known for its infrastructure for alpine skiing and snowboarding. There are slopes of varying difficulty levels, training areas for beginners, rental points, and service facilities. Cable cars are used for access, connecting the lower part of the complex with higher sections on the slopes.

In the warm season, the resort is visited for walks in the mountains, panoramic views, and outdoor recreation. The property includes hotels, restaurants, and leisure areas, so people come here both for a day trip and for several days. Thanks to its location near Chimgan and the Charvak Reservoir, Amirsoy is often included in travel routes through the main mountain tourist area near the capital.

It is one of the few places in the country where active winter recreation is organized to a high standard and is still accessible without a long journey from Tashkent. Amirsoy is also suitable for those who want to go up into the mountains by cable car and see the ridges of the Western Tien Shan without taking a difficult route.
