Ponds, alleys and bike paths near the zoo
The park has flat terrain and wide paved pedestrian paths, with plenty of shade and benches. Flowerbeds and neatly designed landscaped areas alternate with open lawns and shoreline paths around the ponds, making it convenient for walking and taking photos.
For active recreation there are running and walking loops, a separate bike lane and bike rental. The grounds include a children's playground and several cafes where you can take a break during your walk.
Entrance to the park is free, and the area is open daily. The paths are suitable for strollers, and there is parking and basic visitor infrastructure at the entrances.
Bursa Zoo is nearby - it's easy to combine a visit in the same day. How to get there: from downtown Bursa take city buses that go to the zoo entrance, or drive 10-15 minutes via Izmir Avenue - the park has parking.
