Evrenseki Travel Guide
Evrenseki, Side
Evrenseki is a district of Side in Turkey's Mediterranean Region. This coastal resort area lies west of Side old town on the Mediterranean shore and forms part of the resort belt between the Side area and Colakli. The landscape is flat and shaped by seafront hotels, beach areas, and tourist shopping streets.
Evrenseki is known mainly for its long sandy beach and large seaside hotel complexes. Most visitors choose it as a holiday base for swimming, family beach stays, and resort facilities rather than for historic sightseeing within the district itself. Many stay in all-inclusive hotels and make day or evening trips to nearby places such as Side old town, Side Antique Theatre, the Temple of Apollo, and Manavgat Waterfall.
Most visitors reach Evrenseki via Antalya Airport, the main air gateway for the area. Getting around locally is usually straightforward, with walking common between hotels, the beach, and nearby shopping streets thanks to the generally flat terrain. Dolmus minibuses and taxis connect Evrenseki with Side and Manavgat.

Things to see in Evrenseki
The main places to visit in Evrenseki are along the seafront rather than around historic monuments. Evrenseki Beach is the district's main attraction, and the area is used primarily as a base for beach stays and resort holidays. For nearby sightseeing beyond the district, many visitors head to Side old town, Side Antique Theatre, the Temple of Apollo, and Manavgat Waterfall.
Evrenseki has a mixed resort layout of modern hotel complexes, shopping areas, and local streets. Its generally flat terrain makes it easy to walk between beach areas, hotels, and retail strips. The atmosphere is relaxed and tourist-focused, with more emphasis on seaside stays than on the busier historic character of Side old town.
Away from the beach, visitors spend time in hotel restaurants, Turkish and international dining places on nearby streets, and tourist bazaars and retail strips selling souvenirs, clothing, and holiday goods. Daily life in the district is shaped mainly by hotels and visitor services. In the evening, the area is quieter than Side old town, with nightlife centered mostly on hotel entertainment and bars.
