The main places to visit in Oludeniz are concentrated around the shoreline and the mountain backdrop. The Blue Lagoon is the area's best-known natural feature, Belcekiz Beach is the main public beach on the open-sea side, and Kumburnu is the narrow spit on the calmer lagoon side. Babadag is the key high ground behind the resort and is closely tied to paragliding, while the wider area also provides access to the Lycian Way for visitors interested in walking.

Oludeniz has a strongly tourism-focused resort setting, especially from late spring to early autumn. The center is organized around beach access, hotels, restaurants, bars, and activity booking offices, making it practical for visitors moving between the shore and excursion points. Walking is mainly concentrated in the resort center and along the beachfront, with the sea in front and steep, forested slopes behind. In summer, the beach and lagoon areas can become very busy.

Beyond sightseeing, visitors commonly take boat trips to nearby bays and swimming stops, and many use the resort as a base for beach time and outdoor activities.
